Soft laddu

Ingredients

Gram flour-1 1/2 cup

baking soda-1 tsp

salt

food color

sugar- 1 1/4 cup

water-1 cup

Preparation

For batter, add gram flour, salt, baking soda, and food color to a bowl, mix well, then add water, mix well and make a thick batter. Heat oil in a pan, take a strainer pot, pour the batter through this pot to oil and make boondhies, after that, crush boondhis. Melt sugar with water, add food color, once it become thick, add crushed boondhi, mix well until it become thick, then turm off flame. Once it become cool make laddus.
