jaggerry-1 ball
rice flour-2 cup
maida-1 cup
salt
coconut oil-2 tsp
Preparation
Take rice flour in a bowl, add maida and salt, mix well, pour water and make a thick batter.Mix grated coconut and jaggerry powder together, Take banana leaf, make soft by steaming it, then pour the batter, spread it over the leaf, then add filling, fold it from one side to another, after setting all steam it in idli pot.
