Ingredients
tamarind-100 gm
water-1 cup
jaggerry-200 gm
coconut oil
salt-1 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
sugar-4 tsp
Preparation
Soak tamarind for 2 hrs, then mash it well with your hand, then take pure pulp . Melt jaggerry with a small quantity of water, then add pulp of tamarind, combine well, stir it without stopping, once it become thick add salt and chilly powder, combine again, mix well, finally add sugar, once it become melt and the mix become thick turn off flame, let it cool, then make candies out of the mix.
