Ingredients
ghee
semiya-75 gm
milk-1 ltr
milkmaid for sweet
salt
cashews
banana
sugar
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add semiya, roast it well, then add milk, next add milkmaid for sweetness, boil it well until it become slightly thick, dont forget to stir it. Roast cashews and saute banana in the same pan, then add it to the payasam, then add caramalised sugar, mix all together, then turn off flame.
