Ingredients
sweet lemon-750 gm
garlic-3/4 cup
curry leaves
green chilly-15
salt
gingelly oil-3 tbsp
mustard-1 tbsp
kashmiri chilly powder-5 tbsp
fenugreek powder-1 tsp
hing-1 1/2 tsp
sugar-1 1/2 tsp
Preparation
For softening the peels, dip the lemon in boiling water for 5 minutes, then cut it into small pieces.Add salt into it, after mixing well keep this aside for 1/2 hrs.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well,then add ,garlic, green chilly and curry leaves, saute it well, then turn off flame, add masala powders and sugar, mix this well, then wait until it become cool, now add lemon and coat it with masala, store this in a airtight container.
