Ingredients
wheat ada-200 gm
Jaggerry-370gm
water-2 ltr
coconut oil
sago rice-40 gm
coconut milk – 2 coconut
ghee
cardamom powder
cumin powder
cashews, kismis
Preparation
Melt jaggerry and keep this aside. Cook ada in water by adding oil, then strain it from water and keep aside. Cook sago and set aside. Take a pan, add melted jaggerry, then add cooked ada, boil it until it become thick, then add cooked sago, mix all well,now add second coconut milk, mix all well, add ghee, boil it again for thickness, now add cardamom and cumin powder, next add thick coconut milk, after heating it well add cashew and kismis roasted, then turn off flame.
