Ingredients
coconut oil
mustard
ginger garlic crushed
brinjal-2
tomato-1
green chilly-1
kashmiri chilly powder-1 1/2 tbsp
turmeric-1 tsp
tamarind -lemon size
curry leaves
salt
sugar-1 tsp
hing-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Heat a claypot, add coconut oil, once it heat well add mustard, let it pop well , then add ginger garlic crushed, mix it well and add brinjal pieces, add salt with it, saute it well, next add green chilly and tomato, saute it again, now add masala powders, mix until raw smell gone, next add tamarind water, boil it well, add sugar and hing powder, boil it again, finally add curry leaves and turn off flame.
