Ingredients
dry chilly-6
ginger-1 pieces
garlic-6
shallots-10
kashmiri chilly powder-1 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
fennel-1/4 tsp
fenugreek-2 pinch
vinegar-3 tbsp
water
coconut oil
onion-2
curry leaves
tomato-2
salt
water
sardine fish
curry leaves
ginger
green chilly-3-4
Preparation
Take a mixie jar, add dry chilly, chilly powder,ginger , garlic, turmeric, fennel, shallots, vinegar and some water, then grind it into fine paste and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan,add onion and curry leaves, saute it well, then add tomato and salt, mix well, next add masala paste, combine all together, once it become thick add water and boil it well, then add fish , ginger, green chilly and curry leaves, just mix it, then cover the pan and cook the fish well.
