Kannur Muttappam

Ingredients

raw rice-500 gm

cooked rice-175 gm

salt

oil for frying

Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs, then wash well, add cooked rice and salt to the rice, mix all together, then grind it with less water and make a smooth paste, transfer the paste to a bowl, heat oil in a pan, pour 1 laddle of batter, fry it well.
