Ingredients
Raw rice :2cup
Boiled potato :1
Carrot :2 medium size
Capsicum:1 medium
Onion :1
Tomato :1
Greenchilly :2
Ginger :1tbs
Pepper powder :1tsp
Baking soda:1/4tsp
Cumin seeds :1tsp
Coriander leaves :1/2cup
Curry leaves
Salt
oil
Water
Preparation
Soak raw rice for 4 hrs. Then add it to a mixie jar, grind it into fine paste, add boiled potato, grind it again, and pour the batter to a bowl, add salt, cumin,baking soda and pepper powder, mix well, next add chopped vegetables, mix it again. Heat a tawa, spread oil, then pour the batter, spread over the tawa, cook both sides.
