Ingredients
Chana
turmeric-1/4 tsp
salt
water
coconut oil
ginger garlic crushed
green chilly-2
curry leaves
onion-1 1/2
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-2 tbsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
coriander powder
tomato-1
Preparation
Add soaked chana to a pressure cooker, then add turmeric, salt and water, cover the cooker then cook it for 2-3 whistle. Once the pressure is gone open the lid, then take one laddle of cooked channa and make a paste in mixie jar. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic crushed, saute until it become aromatic, next add green chilly and onion, saute it again, then add curry leaves, after a mix add masalas, mix until the raw smell gone, now add cooked dal and paste along with it, mix it well, add garam masala powder and salt, boil it well, finally add some curry leaves, coriander and tomato, boil it again and turn off flame.
