Ingredients
prawns-1/2 kg
shallots-15
ginger garlic crushed-1+1 tbsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1 1/2 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
fennel powder-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tbsp
chilly flakes-1 tbsp
salt
lemon juice1 1/2 tbsp
coconut oil-1 tbsp
curry leaves
water

Preparation
Take a bowl, add masalas, salt, curry leaves, lemon juice, oil, shallots and ginger garlic paste, mix it well and make a paste, add prawns into it, marinate well and keep aside for 1/2 hrs. Heat oil in a tawa add prawns without the masala, fry well and transfer to a bowl, next add masala, fry it well , then add fried prawns to it, add coconut pieces and curry leaves, then mix well and turn off flame.
