Preparation

Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt,turmeric,chilly powder, then mix well, pour water, knead it well and make a soft dough.For filling,heat oil in a pan, add cumin, once it roast well add curry leaves,onion and salt, saute it well, next add ginger garlic paste, mix well, next add masalas, mix all well, finally add coriander leaves,then turn off flame.Take dough, flatten it by a roller, add filling, then fold it carefully, flatten it again. Prepare all snacks like this, then shallow fry it.
