Egg bajji

Ingredients

Besan – 3/4 cup

Fried rice flour- 1/4 cup,

Few curry leaves,

Green chilli- 2,

Ginger garlic paste- 1 tablespoon,

Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon,

Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon,

Salt to taste,

Dissolve a small piece of Asafoetida

in 2 tablespoons of water,

Baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon

Preparation

Boil egg, then cut it into two.In a bowl , add rice flour, gram flour, curry leaves,green chilly,ginger garlic paste,kashmiri chilly powder,hing,pepper powder,salt,baking soda and 3/4 cup of water, mix it together and make thick batter.Heat oil for frying, dip egg piece in batter and add to the oil, then fry it well.
