Kappa Puzhukk

Ingredients

tapioca

water

salt

coconut-1 cup

shallots-3

chilly(kaanthari mulak)-3

turmeric-1/2 tsp

coconut oil

mustard

dry chilly-2

curry leaves

Preparation

Add cleaned tapioca pieces in a pan, add water and salt, then cook it well. After cooking well remove it from water. Grind coconut with shallot,chilly, turmeric and some water, then add it to the tapioca, cover the pan for heating the coconut. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop, next add dry chilly and curry leaves, roast it well then add it to kappa, mix all together.
