Beef varattiyath

Ingredients

beef-2 kg

shallots-20+20

garlic-10+10

ginger-1 inch+ 1 inch

fennel seeds-1 tsp+1 tsp

pepper-1 tsp

chilly powder-2 tbsp

coriander powder-2 tbsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

salt

coconut oil

curry leaves

chilly flakes-2 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

garam masala-1/2 tsp

green chilly-2

Preparation

Take a mixie jar add 20 shallots, 10 garlic,1 inch ginger,fennel seeds and pepper, grind it well, then add it to beef, add masala powders, salt , coconut oil and curry leaves, mix all well, then transfer it to a pressure cooker, cook it for 2 whistle. Transfer the beef to a pan, then cook it until it become dry. Heat a pan, add oil, then add fennel seeds, after roast it well add shallots, ginger, garlic and curry leaves, roast it until it turns brown, then add chilly flakes, after mixing it add dry beef, mix all well, finally add pepper powder and garam masala, mix it well and turn off flame. Garnish it with green chilly.
