boiled & shelled eggs- 4..6

turmeric powder -1/4 tsp

chilli powder- 1/4 tsp

cumin seeds- 1tsp( small jeera)

green chillies -2

onions finely chopped -2

gg paste -1tbsp

for curd spice

whisked curd -4tbsp

turmeric powder -1/4 tsp

kashmiri chilli powder -1tsp

coriander powder- 1tsp

garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp

tomato puree 5 tbsp or 2 small tomatoes or 1 small tomato+2 1/2 tbsp

tomato ketchup

kasuri methi powder- 1tsp

coriander leaves

salt

Preparation

Boil eggs, then remove the shells, coat it with turmeric and chilly powder, after heating oil in a pan, add eggs, fry the eggs for 2-3 minutes, then keep it aside.Add oilagain to the pan, add cumin, once it pop well add green chilly,and onion, saute it until it become slightly brown, next add tomato puree, tomato ketch up,and 1/2 tbsp water, mix it well until oil separates.Take curd in a bowl, add coriander powder,turmeric, garam masala powder,kashmiri chilly powder, combine all well and add it to the curry, mix well, add more water, next add kasoori methi, and fried egg, mix with masala, then cook it until the oil separates from curry, finally add some coriander leaves.
