Ingredients

moong dal

shallots-3

turmeric

salt

curry leaves

water

coconut

cumin

garlic

green chilly

ghee

Preparation

In a pressure cooker, add dal, shallots, salt,turmeric,curry leaves and water, cook it for 2-3 whistle.Grind coconut with garlic,cumin,green chilly and water, then add to the curry, add more turmeric and salt, boil it well, finally add ghee.
