Carrot Vada

Ingredient

Rice flour-1 cup

boiled water-3/4 cup

salt

carrot-1

onion-1

ginger

green chilly

curry leaves

crushed pepper

oil for frying

Preparation

Take rice flour in a bowl, add salt and boiling water, mix well, once the heat is down knead it well, add chopped carrot,onion,green chilly, ginger and curry leaves, knead it again and make soft dough.Dip your hand in water, take small portion of the dough and make vada shape, then add it to hot oil, then fry it well.
