Preparation
Cut pappadam into small tiny pieces, then fry it. Heat oil in a pan, add dry chillies, shallots, and garlic, saute it well, then add masala powders, mix well, add coconut, mix well, then add curry leaves and salt, after that add fried papad, combine all well and turn off flame.
