Ingredients

beef-1/4 kg
cloves-6
cinnamon-1
cumin-1/4 tsp
fennel-1/4 tsp
pepper powder-1/4 tsp
curd-3 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
oil
capsicum-1
carrot-1
cabbage-1 cup
onion-1
salt
pepper powder
oil for frying
Preparation
Take a mixie jar, add spices, masala powders and curd, grind it well and add it to beef, add salt and marinate it well, keep it aside for 5 minutes then fry it in hot oil, after that take it from pan, then add chopped vegetables to the pan, mix well add salt and pepper powder, mix well and turn off flame, then let it to cool. Take samosa leaf, add filling and fold it, seal it with maida paste, finally fry it in hot oil.
