Ingredients

fish-1/2 kg(marinated with salt,turmeric and chilly powder)
ginger garlic crushed-2-3 tbsp
tomato-3
salt
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 1/2 tbsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
fennel powder-1/2 tsp
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
green chilly-2
curry leaves
onion-2
salt
coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add fish, fry it well, then keep it aside. In the same pan add ginger garlic paste, mix it well until the raw smell gone, then add tomato, cook it until it become soft, next add masala powders and salt, mix all well then transfer the masala to a blender, blend it after heat is gone. Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek, curry leaves and green chilly, mix well, then add finely chopped onion, saute it well, then add tomato masala, combine all together, add more water, then boil it well, now add fish, cook it for 5-10 minutes, finally add some coriander leaves and turn off flame.
