Ingredients
coconut oil-2 tbsp
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
mustard-1 tsp
dry chilly-3
curry leaves
onion-3
green chilly-3
ladies finger
tomato-2
salt
grated coconut-1/2
shallots-3
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-3/4 tsp
water
Preparation
Heat a clay pot, add coconut oil, once it heat well add fenugreek, next add mustard, let it pop, then add dry chilly and curry leaves, mix well and add onion and green chilly, saute it well, next add ladies finger, mix all, once it sauted enough add tomato, then cover the pot and cook until it become soft. Grind coconut with masala powders, shallots and water, then add it to the curry, add more water and salt to taste, boil until the gravy become medium thick.
