Ingredients
Raw papaya-2
Sugar-1cup
Milk-1cup
Corn Flour-3tbsp
Cardomom powder-1tsp
Ghee-5tbsp
Nuts
Preparation
Peel off papaya, then grate it. Heat ghee in a pan, add grated papaya into it, saute it well, once it become soft and transparent add sugar, let it melt completely. Mix milk with corn flour, add to papaya mix, combine all well, add cardamom and more ghee, mix it well, add ghee frequently, continue mixing until it become thick and non sticky, add nuts, after a mix transfer the halwa to a glass mould, set it with a spoon, once it cooled down, cut it into desired shape.
