Potato-2
curry leaves
green chilly-2
coconut oil-2 tsp
mustard-1 tsp
dry chilly-2
salt
turmeric-1/4 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Take 2 potatoes, peel off, then cut it into square shape pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and mustard, after crack it, add dry chilly, mix it for a minute, then add potatoes, add salt, turmeric,and chilly powder, mix well then cover the lid and cook it well, once the potatoes become soft turn off flame.
