Ingredients
• Rice flour – 1 cup
• Ripe jackfruit pulp – ½ cup

• Grated coconut – ½ cup (optional)
• Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
• Water – ½ cup
• Salt
Preparation
Grind jackfruit into fine paste. Boil water with salt ad oil, then add rice flour, mix well, then add jackfruit paste, knead it well and make soft dough. Take idiyappam mould, brush oil, then fill the dough, squeeze it to idli plate, add coconut, then steam it well.
