Tamilnad style egg curry

tomato-1

turmeric-1/2 tsp

kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp

coriander powder- 1 1/2 tsp

salt

coconut -2 handful

colambu masala-3 tsp

whole spices

water-2 cup+1 1/2 glass

boiled egg-8-9

coriander and curry leaves

Preparation

Heat oil in a pa, pop mustard, then add green chilly, onion and salt, saute it well, next add tomato paste, cook it for 5 minutes, then add masala powders, mix it and cover the pan, grind coconut with whole spices and kolambu masala, make smooth paste and add to curry, add more water and let it boil, once it become slightly thick add boiled egg, finally add coriander and curry leaves, then turn off flame.
