chilly flakes-2 tsp

salt

turmeric

Preparation

Take a pan, add chopped long beans, salt, turmeric, green chilly, coconut oil and 2-3 tsp of salt, mix well, then turn on flame, cook it in low flame, next add crushed shallots and chilly flakes, mix well, cook again for 10 minutes, mix frequently, then turn off flame.
