Ingredients;
Chicken -1/2 kg
Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chilly Powder-1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste-1 1/2 tbsp
Lemon-1
curry leaves
Salt
Dried Chilly-2
ginger garlic crushed
Small Onion-20
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
Crushed Chilly-1 tbsp
Coconut Oil
Tomato Sauce
Curry Leaves
Preparation
Take small chicken pieces in a bowl, add turmeric, kashmiri chilly powder. salt, ginger garlic paste,lemon juice and curry leaves, then marinate well, keep this aside for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, then add chicken pieces and fry it well, then transfer it to a plate. In the same oil, add dry chilly, after roasting it add ginger garlic paste and small onion chopped, mix well and saute it until it become brown color, next add masala powders and chilly flakes, after mixing it add tomato sauce, and some water, boil it well, then add chicken pieces, mix well and cook until it become thick , finally add some curry leaves, then turn off flame.
