Preparation

Peel off potatoes, then cut it into round slices, then marinate with salt,turmeric,chilly powder, kashmiri chilly powder, curd, and ginger garlic paste, rest for 10 minutes. Then heat coconut oil, put the potato slices, fry both sides, add curry leaves for extra taste.
