Ingredients
green chilly-8
oil
mustard-1/2 tsp
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
hing powder-1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
curd-1 cup
salt
Preparation
Take green chillies, remove stem, then split it. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and fenugreek, let it pop it well, then add splitted green chilly, roast it well, once it fried enough, add hing and turmeric, mix well and turn off flame. Take curd, add to a bowl, add salt and mix well, then add fried chilly with oil, combine all well, then have it with rice.
