Ingredients
banana-3
ghee-1 1/2 tbsp
cashew and kismis
coconut
sugar
maida-1 cup
rice flour-2 tbsp
turmeric-2 pinch
cardamom powder
sugar-2 tsp
salt
water
bread
cumin
baking soda
oil for frying
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add banana pieces, saute it well, next add sugar, coconut, cashew and kismis, mix all well, once the sugar melts completely, turn off flame. Take maida in a bowl, add rice flour, salt, sugar, cardamom,cumin,baking soda and turmeric, pour water into it, mix well and make thick batter, Take bread slices, dip it in water, then squeeze out a little, add banana filling, then fold it like a ball, after doing this, dip it in the batter then fry in hot oil.
