turmeric-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1/2 tsp

fennel powder-1 pinch

pepper powder-/2 tsp

chicken masala-1 tsp

garam masala-1/2 tsp

boiled egg grated-3

coriander leaves

bread crumbs

corn flour-2 tbsp

water

oil for frying

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and green chilly, saute it well, next add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and salt, saute until the raw smell gone, next add tomato, mix it well, then add masala powders one bye one, combine all well, next add grated egg, mix it with masala, then add mashed potato, mix it again, once it become thick add coriander leaves and turn off flame. Take bread crumbs in a plate, mix corn flour and water. Take a big ball of masala in your hand, before that apply oil in your palms, make cutlet shape, then dip it in corn flour mix and coat bread crumbs, once the process is finished fry all in hot oil.
