Ingredients

for masala
coconut oil-2 tbsp
onion-2
salt
garlic crushed-1 tsp
ginger crushed-1 tsp
green chilly-1/2
chilly powder-1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
fennel powder-1 tsp
garam masala-3/4 tsp
chicken( cooked with turmeric, salt and pepper powder) crushed
carrot-1
capsicum
curry leaves
coriander leaves
for dough
maida-2 cup
salt
sunflower oil-2 tbsp
lukewarm water
oil for frying
Preparation
For making masala, heat oil in a pan, add onion and salt, saute it well, next add green chilly, ginger and garlic crushed, saute it again, next add masala powders, mix until it turns aromatic, now add chicken crushed, mix with masala, then add chopped vegetables, combine all well, finally add coriander and curry leaves, then turn off flame.
For dough, take maida in a mixing bowl, add salt and sunflower oil, after mixing well , add lukewarm water , then knead it well and make a soft dough, keep this aside for 10 minutes. Then take the dough and flatten it into thin layer, then cut it with a bottle cap and make small poories,take one in your hand, add the filling, then cover it with anther poori, fold the edges with your finger, prepare all poories like this, finally fry it in hot oil.
