Hotel Style Green peas curry

Ingredients

green peas soaked-1/2 cup

potato-1

carrot-1

turmeric-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-3/4 tsp

salt

water

oil-2 tbsp

mustard-1/2 tsp

fennel-1/4 tsp

onion-1

salt

curry leaves

tomato-1

grated coconut

ginger

garlic-2

green chilly-2-3

water

Preparation

Take a pressure cooker, add soaked green peas, carrot,potato, salt,turmeric and chilly powder, add required water to cook, then close the lid and cook it for 3 whistle.Once the pressure is gone open the lid. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop, then add fennel seeds, onion and salt, saute it well, next add tomato and curry leaves, mix all well, now add cooked green peas, combine all well and allow it to boil, grind coconut with ginger,garlic, chilly and water, then add it to the curry, boil well then turn off flame. Curry is ready.
