banana-1 1/2 cup
ghee-2 tbsp
cashew and kismis
sugar

desicated coconut-1/4 cup

Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add cashew and kismis, roast it for 1 minute, then add banana pieces, saute it well, then add sugar, mix until the sugar melts, add cardamom powder, after mixing well turn off flame. Add desicated coconut to the mix , combine well and keep aside. Take a bowl, add egg, milk,sugar and cardamom, mix well. Take bread slices, after removing sides, flatten it with a roller, then add the filling, fold it from one side to another, then tightly press ends.Heat oil in a pan, take bread , dip it in egg mix and add it to the pan, shallow fry bread both sides, then have it.
