chilly powder-4-5 tbsp

garlic crushed-4 tbsp

garam masala-1 tsp

turmeric-1 tsp

salt

water

oil

fennugreek-1 tsp

mustard-2 tsp

hing

salt

vinegar

sesame oil

sugar-1 tsp

Preparation

Cook beef with chilly powder, turmeric, garam masala, ginger garlic crushed, salt and water in a pressure cooker.Once 4 whistle come out turn off flame, then wait until the pressure gone.Heat oil in a pot, add cooked beef , then fry it well, and transfer it to a bowl.Heat sesame oil in a pan,add mustard and fenugreek, let it crack well, next add ginger and garlic crushed, saute it until it turns golden brown, then add chilly powder, sugar and hing, mix well, add salt, then add fried beef and vinegar, combine all well, cook until oil separate from pickle, then turn off flame. Once it cooled, store in an airtight container.
