Fish egg roast

Ingredients

Sardine egg – 250 grams

Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Onion – 1 ( finely chopped)

Finely chopped Ginger – 2 tablespoons

Green chilli – 3 finely chopped

Few Curry leaves

Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon

Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation

Marinate cleaned fish egg with turmeric, chilly powder, salt and pepper powder, then rest it for 1 hour.Heat oil in a pan, add marinated fish egg then fry it, after that keep this aside.Then add onion, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves to the pan, saute it well, then add garam masala and pepper powder, after mixing well add fried egg, then combine all well and turn off flame.
