Ingredients

Mango – 500 grams
Salt as required
Chilli powder – 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Fried mustard seed powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Fried fenugreek seed powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida – 2 small pieces
gingelly oil – 3 tablespoons
Preparation
Cut mango into small pieces, marinate with salt and rest for 2 hrs.Heat oil in a pan, add hing, roast it well, then transfer it 1/2 cup water, then melt it.Take mango, add masala powders, mustard and fenugreek powder and hing,mix all well, finally add oil.
