Ingredients
oil- 1 tbsp
mustard-1/2 tsp
urad dal-1/2 tsp
hing powder-1/4 tsp
ginger
green chilly-4
curry leaves
onion-1
turmeric-1/2 tsp
carrot-1
greenpeas
water-1/2 glass
salt
gram flour-1 tsp
water
potato boiled-2
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and urad dal, roast it for a minute, then add hing powder,green chilly, ginger, curry leaves and onion, saute it well, add turmeric, mix it with masala, then add carrot and green peas, combine all well, then cook it for 5 minutes, now add water, next add gram flour paste into it, mix it again, once it boil well add potato, after mixing well cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes, then turn off flame.
