Ingredients
maida-2 cup
salt
oil-2 tbsp
water
for masala
oil-3 tbsp
onion-2
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
chicken masala-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
boiled egg-4
egg-1
Preparation
For dough, add maida, salt and oil to a bowl, mix well, then add water, knead it well and make soft dough, spread oil above it and rest it for 1/2 hrs. For masala, heat oil in a pan add onion and salt, saute until it become soft, now add ginger garlic paste, after mixing well add masala powders, once the raw smell gone turn off flame.
Take maida dough, knead it again, then flatten it as much as you can, then spread oil and dust with maida, after that, fold it from sides, again roll it and repeat the same, then cut the sheet to 8 equal parts, put masala in each pieces, then add 1/2 piece of boiled egg, then fold it to the centre from corners, brush egg above the puffs, then bake it.
