Ingredients
ripe mango-2
raw mango-1
sugar-1/3 cup
vinegar-1 tsp
Preparation
Peel off mangoes and add to a mixie jar, grind it into fine paste, then add sugar, grind it again, then transfer it to a pan through a strainer,after straining heat the pan and keep flame low, stir mango puree with a spoon, boil it for 5 minutes, then turn off flame and let it cool, add 1 spoon of vinegar and store in fridge.
