Ingredients
corn flour-2 tbsp
mango fruit-2
sugar-1/4 cup
desicated coconut
ghee
Preparation
Cut mango into small pieces, then add it to a mixie jar, grind it into fine paste, then transfer it to a pan, cook it in medium flame, add sugar and continue stirring, take a bowl, add corn flour and water, mix well and remove lumps then pour it to the pan, stir it again, add ghee frequently, once it become thick and non sticky, turn off flame and transfer it to a glass tray, wait until it become set, then cut it into small cubes and coat desicated coconut.
