Ingredients
lemon-20
garlic
ginger
green chilly
gingelly oil
mustard-1 tsp
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
curry leaves
chilly powder
turmeric-1/4 tsp
hing powder-1/2 tsp
fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp
salt
vinegar-1/2 glass
sugar-1 tsp
Preparation
Take a steamer, add lemon, then steam it for 10 minutes, after that cut it into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and fenugreek ,let it crack, then add curry leaves,chopped ginger , garlic and chilly, saute it well, then lower the flame and add masala powders, mix well, then add lemon pieces, mix it with masala, add salt and vinegar, add sugar, mix all well until it become thick, then allow it to cool and store in an air tight container.
