Ingredients
Chicken – 500 grams
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
For masala powder
Cinnamon stick – 4 inch piece
Cloves – 10 no’s
Cardamom – 8 no’s
Bay leaves- 2
Funnel seeds – 3 tbsp
For masala
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Cardamom – 2 no’s
Garlic chopped – 15 no’s
Ginger chopped – 1 tbsp
Onion sliced – 2 big
Tomato – 1 big
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Prepared Garam masala – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce-1/2 tbsp
Preparation
Take Chicken in a bowl, add kashmiri chilly, turmeric, salt, and lemon, marinate well, then rest it for 1/2 hrs.After that shallow fry chicken pieces in a pan.
For masala powder, heat a pan, add whole spices, dry roast it well, then turn off flame, after cooling it well grind it into fine powder.
Heat oil in a pan, add spices, then add ginger garlic chopped and curry leaves, saute until it become aromatic, next add onion and salt, saute it again, then cover the lid cook it for 5 minute, then add tomato, cook it until it become soft, next add masala powders, once the raw smell gone add soy sauce, mix it well, now add chicken, mix with masala, cook it for 5 minutes, then turn off flame.
