maida-1 cup
powdered sugar-1 cup

baking powder-1 tsp
salt-1/2 tsp
water
food color
oil for frying
Preparation
Take maida in a bowl, add salt, sugar, ghee , baking powder and water, knead it well and make soft dough, then divide the dough into two, add few drops of food color to one part, knead it again. Flatten both into square shape, put color layer above the white, cut sides, then roll it carefully, after that, cut it into small pieces, then fry it in hot oil.
