ingredients :

Puttu Flour-
Coconut-1 cup
Salt
Water
Coconut Oil
Mustard Seeds
Onion-2 medium size
Chilli Flakes
curryleaves
Garlic-5
Preparation
Take putt flour in a bowl, add salt, mix well, then add water, after mixing well keep aside. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, then add mustard, let it pop, then add onion, saute it well, next add garlic and curry leaves, mix it again, finally add chilly flakes, saute it until it become soft, then turn off flame, after cooling this masala add it to putt flour, mix all well, then make putt.
