Ingredients
coconut oil
onion-2
ginger garlic chopped

pepper powder-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder
fennel powder
pepper powder
garam masala powder
tomato sauce-1 1/2 tbsp
bread slices
egg-2
milk
boiled egg-2
bread crumbs
Preparation
For masala, heat oil in a pan, add ginger garli and onion, saute it well, then add masalas, after mixing well add salt, and sauce, stir it to become dry, then turn off flame.
Take 3-5 eggs in a bowl, add pepper powder, salt and milk, beat it well. Take bread slices after removing sides. Take a pan, spread bread crumbs on bottom, take bread slices, dip it in egg mix and put in the pan, and make a thick layer, add onion masala, then add boiled egg pieces and some coriander leaves, cover ti with breads, finally spread bread crumbs on top, now cook it in low flame after closing the lid, cook both sides well, then serve it.
