• Apple – 2 no’s

• Lemon – 2 no’s

• Honey – 3 tablespoons

• Cold water – 2 cup

• Ice cubes

Preparation

Peel off apple and cut into small pieces, then add it to a mixie jar, add honey,lemon juice, water and ginger into it, blend it well and strain juice, serve it and have it.
