Preparation

Marinate fish with chilly powder, turmeric, salt and cumin powder. Heat oil in a pan, fry the fish both sides, then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add shallots, ginger garlic, green chilly, and tomato, saute it well, then add salt and masala powders, mix well, add water, mix it with masala, let it boil well, once the water dissolves add curry leaves, turn off flame, take a banana leaf, add masala, then put the fish above it, again add masala, then fold it carefully, tie the leaf, after doing this, steam it well.
